Ginger & Dark Chocolate w. Pain D'epices

So this is a pretty special Marshmallow flavour if I do say so myself.. The middle is Ginger Marshmallows with Ground Ginger, Ginger Syrup and crystallised ginger! Topped with more Cyrstallised ginger, a VERY generous "drizzle" of dark chocolate (Organic Callebaut choc) and more crystallised ginger, and also Pain D'Epices which is a fancy word for gingerbread crumble. 
 
Price includes 2 GIANT (mega) Mallows, think a Big traybake size. or 3 Smaller bits. 120g minimum!
